Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation in the world of the television. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. Soon enough she was relocating to Texas to pursue the field of physical therapy in the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on various acting roles in independent local film as well as international commercials. Despite small roles, she quickly discovered her passion in acting. When she moved from New York, in 2001 she got her first role as an actor for the television show All My Children. Her roles were sporadic on JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. Her first major series appearance was the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable character came in 2006 on Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 seasons. The character later re-entered the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated numerous times for her performance as a character, and among them was Best Supporting Actress in Television in the Imagen Foundation Awards. The year 2008 was the time she was awarded the Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for her outstanding performance for a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a reprise role in CSI Miami a few moments further. She portrayed Marisol Deko in the role of Horatio the wife of actor Michael Caine. She played Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark drama Do No Harm. The show was canceled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger twin brother Cory was born 10 years younger than her. Her family was very conservative and spiritual one. Milano started her acting career when she was seven after her babysitter joined her for an audition. The four selected girls out of over 1,000 applicants were Milano. Milano appeared in TV commercials as well as off Broadway shows, including the American first adaptation musical of Jane Eyre.
